ABOUT ME

I am Educator, Leadership Strategist, Advocate and Researcher with over 20 years’ experience managing non-profit organizations. My research involves projects in setting forth social change for equity, diversity and inclusion of all people. I have a passion in connecting with people that has also allowed me to be part of several projects working against social injustices that includes disability rights, feminist intersectionality, and racial disparities.

I hold a Doctor in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University and currently serve as a Walden University Alumni Ambassador. Currently, I work as Division Director at a non-profit organization serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

I have a passion for teaching  and currently serve as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of the People teaching leadership and management courses in the school of Business Administration. I am knowledgeable in creating organizational training modules as well as developing academic course content.

My current goal is to continue teaching in academia in where ideas, thoughts and opinions are shared for continued learning and growth. I love teaching but foremost, I enjoy learning from my students.
